No. All payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant providers, so we never store or even see your full card details.
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next working day.
If you need to make a change, email us at support@erenabloom.com as soon as possible. We’ll try our best, but once packing begins we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
Delivery is usually 3–10 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days for international destinations after the parcel leaves our warehouse. Holidays, launches and customs checks may add extra time.
We ship worldwide! If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Possibly. Import charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We must declare the package value on the outside of every parcel.
Email photos of the damaged item and the shipping box along with your order number to support@erenabloom.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Check all packing materials first; small items can hide. Some orders arrive in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers. If something is truly missing, contact support@erenabloom.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and we’ll help.
